Our gluten-free pizza dough is made with the following ingredients: rice flour, modified rice starch, water, potato starch, sugar, tapioca starch, yeast, salt, xanthan gum, potato flour, a blend of canola and olive oils and cultured brown rice.

Our team takes great care in preparing gluten-free pizzas, but because we use traditional pizza ovens and shared cooking spaces, we can’t guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before ordering.
